These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and kpktoo ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the kpktoo online gaming platform, including the website located at https://kpktoo.cam and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as cash.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use kpktoo services. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years or older. kpktoo reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and any winnings forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdiction and Residency

kpktoo services are intended for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and use. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of kpktoo complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. kpktoo does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration

To use kpktoo services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to:

• Maintain only one Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account.
• Notify kpktoo immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• Provide valid identification documents for KYC verification when requested by kpktoo.

2.4 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are not permitted to register or use kpktoo services:

• Persons under 21 years of age
• Residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal
• Employees of kpktoo, their immediate family members, or affiliates
• Individuals who have been previously excluded or banned from kpktoo
• Persons using VPNs or proxy services to disguise their location

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

kpktoo accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment methods may impose their own limits.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within minutes, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted for security and anti-money laundering compliance reasons.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Indonesian ID card (KTP) or passport, and proof of address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5-15 minutes during banking hours for bank transfers, and within 2-5 minutes for e-wallet transfers. Larger withdrawal amounts or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24 hours.

kpktoo reserves the right to request additional documentation or verification at any time before processing a withdrawal. We also reserve the right to reverse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

kpktoo is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. As part of our AML policy, you must wager your deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before requesting a withdrawal. This requirement applies to all deposits, not just bonuses. Accounts showing patterns consistent with money laundering activity will be suspended and reported to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

kpktoo offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance the player experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are outlined on the promotion page and in promotional communications. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable terms.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion but are typically between 15x and 30x the bonus amount. Only real-money bets contribute to wagering requirements, and different game types contribute at different rates:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack): 10% contribution
• Sports Betting: Varies by promotion (typically 100% for single bets, 50% for accumulators)
• Table Games (RNG): 10% contribution

4.2 Bonus Abuse and Fraud

kpktoo reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bets, and confiscate winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times
• Using VPNs or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette)
• Collusion with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Delayed game rounds or strategic gameplay intended to abuse bonus mechanics

4.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses have a validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of activation. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. The validity period for each promotion is stated in the promotional terms.

4.4 Maximum Bet While Bonus Active

While you have an active bonus, the maximum bet per game round is Rp 10,000. Exceeding this limit may result in voiding of the bonus and related winnings. This rule applies to all game types including slots, live casino, and sports betting.

5. Betting Rules and Game Play

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on kpktoo are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirmation. kpktoo is not liable for any errors made by the player when placing bets.

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a bet, kpktoo reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. If a game round malfunctions after a bet is placed but before the result is determined, kpktoo will void the bet and refund your stake.

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets are settled based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.

For football betting, all bets are settled based on the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus injury time), unless otherwise stated. Extra time and penalty shootouts do not count unless explicitly stated in the market description.

kpktoo reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion. We may also limit stakes, close accounts, or void bets if we suspect irregular betting patterns, match-fixing, or other integrity concerns.

5.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

All slot and casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and random outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the game information page.

In live casino games, the dealer's decisions are final unless a clear error has occurred. If you believe an error has been made, you must report it via live chat immediately. kpktoo will review game footage and make a determination, which will be final and binding.

5.4 Disconnections

If you experience a disconnection during gameplay, any active game rounds will continue to completion according to the game rules. For slot games, the result will be stored and visible when you reconnect. For live casino games, the hand will play out according to optimal strategy, and the result will be credited to your account.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Once closed, your account cannot be reopened.

7.2 Suspension or Termination by kpktoo

kpktoo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with fair play. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account
• Bonus abuse or fraudulent betting patterns
• Money laundering or other illegal activity
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or other players
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or other prohibited tools

In the event of account termination due to violation of these Terms, kpktoo reserves the right to confiscate any remaining balance and void all pending bets and bonuses.

8. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, kpktoo and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenues

• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties

kpktoo shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, strikes, wars, pandemics, internet service provider failures, or power outages.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of kpktoo services shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
